Short version: write to support@kanonterminal.io within 14 days of paying and you get your money back, in full. You do not have to give a reason.

Any subscription payment — your first or a renewal — can be refunded in full within 14 days of the charge. Ask at support@kanonterminal.io from the address on the account, or through Whop, who took the payment and returns it to the same card or account you paid with. Refunds are normally issued within two business days of being approved and appear on your statement within five to ten, depending on your bank.
Once per customer, no reason needed. If you have already had a no-reason refund and ask for another, we will still read your message and we will still be fair — we just stop issuing it automatically and look at the account first. That limit is here so that an honest customer is never the one paying for somebody else’s habit.
Past 14 days we do not refund a period that has already run. What you can do instead is cancel: access continues to the end of the period you have paid for and nothing further is charged. There is no cancellation fee and no penalty for leaving.
A duplicate or accidental charge. Tell us and we return it.
A period we could not serve. If the paid parts are unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours, or on more than three days within a monthly period, we refund that period. Those are numbers rather than a judgement so that you can hold us to them without arguing, and so that we cannot quietly move the line afterwards.
Most of what a subscription buys is a service: the current board, the fair-value reads, the notices. You stop using those the day you cancel, and a refund of them is never questioned.
The full price record is different. Exporting it hands over the whole of what that half of the subscription buys, in one action, permanently. So if you export the full record and then ask for a refund of the same period, we may decline it — and we will tell you plainly that that is why. Nothing else you can do with the product carries this consequence, and the export itself is never blocked or rationed.
If you exported it by accident, or exported it and then found the product was not what you needed, write to us. This is a rule against taking the deliverable and asking for the money back, not a trap for someone who clicked a button.
A refunded subscription ends when the refund is issued and the account returns to the free tier — which keeps the whole board, every fair-value read and unlimited price checks. The record of your own prices lives in your browser; it is yours and nothing here touches it.
You can use the free terminal without an account and without paying, and our measured accuracy is published at /accuracy — including the parts that do not flatter us. We would rather you read that first than ask for a refund afterwards.
If something has gone wrong, please write to support@kanonterminal.io first. A refund is faster than a dispute and we do not argue about the cases in section 3, and section 4 is the only thing we ever decline on. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in the account being closed.
Where the law of your country gives you a right to cancel or to a refund — for example a statutory withdrawal period — this policy does not replace or reduce it. If your statutory right is better than what is written here, your statutory right applies.
