These terms are the agreement between you and Poe Analytics LLC covering your use of Kanon at https://kanonterminal.io. They are written to be read, and they describe what the software actually does. Using the site means you accept them.

Kanon is operated by Poe Analytics LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. Subscriptions are sold by Whop acting as merchant of record, which means Whop is the seller for your purchase, takes the payment, and is responsible for the tax on it. Questions of any kind can go to support@kanonterminal.io, which reaches a person.
Kanon is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for Kalshi or Polymarket, or any other venue whose prices it reads. It reads public data and publishes what it calculates from it.
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract where you live. You may not use Kanon if you are subject to sanctions, or located in a country subject to comprehensive sanctions, under the laws that apply to Poe Analytics LLC. Whether you may lawfully use any prediction-market venue is your responsibility to determine: event contracts are restricted or prohibited in many places, and we do not advise on that and cannot check it for you.
Kanon is an information terminal. It shows prices from prediction markets, the fair value implied by those prices once the operator’s margin is removed, and our own probability estimates. It is descriptive: it reports what the books say and what our models say.
It is not investment, financial, legal or tax advice, not a recommendation to enter any position, and not a solicitation to trade anything. Poe Analytics LLC is not a broker, dealer, exchange, adviser or fiduciary, is not registered as any of those, and nothing on the site should be read as telling you to do anything. What you do with the information is your decision and your risk, and you should take your own professional advice before acting on it.
Kanon does not hold your money, execute anything, or connect to any trading account.
We publish our measured accuracy at /accuracy and it does not flatter us: across the contracts we have logged and graded, the record is negative per dollar and we are measurably overconfident in the calls we choose to publish. Those figures render live from the record, they move, and you should read them before paying us for anything.
Nothing here is a promise or projection of profit. Any figure we publish describes what already happened; it is never a prediction of what will. You should assume you can lose money acting on anything shown here, and you should not act on it with money you cannot afford to lose.
Prices, volumes and settlement information come from third-party venues and public data sources. They can be delayed, incomplete, mistaken or unavailable, and a market can move or resolve between the moment we read it and the moment you look. We do not warrant that anything shown is accurate, current or complete.
The service is provided as is and as available. To the extent the law allows, Poe Analytics LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. The free board is deliberately served with a short delay; the current board is part of a paid subscription. Either may be interrupted, and we do not promise any particular level of availability or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
An account is for one person. Give an address you can receive mail at, keep your password to yourself, and tell us at support@kanonterminal.io if you believe someone else is using your account. You are responsible for activity under it. We may close accounts that were never confirmed, and we may refuse or close an account at our discretion where the law or these terms require it.
Please do not: scrape or harvest the site in bulk or by automated means; resell, sublicense or redistribute the data; use it to build or train a competing product or dataset; circumvent the delay on the free board or any access control; share one account between people; interfere with the site, its security or other users; or use Kanon for anything unlawful. We may suspend or end access for any of these.
Kanon, its name, its interface, its text and the calculations it publishes belong to Poe Analytics LLC or its licensors. While your account is in good standing you have a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the service and to make ordinary personal use of what it shows — reading it, quoting a figure with attribution, taking a screenshot. That licence does not include the uses in section 7. Underlying market data belongs to the venues it comes from.
The record of your own prices, which the terminal keeps in your browser, is yours.
A subscription renews automatically for the same period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and access to the paid parts continues to the end of the period you have already paid for — cancelling does not cut you off mid-period. Refunds are covered by our refund policy, which gives you 14 days to change your mind without a reason, and which forms part of these terms. That policy carries exactly two limits and states both plainly: the no-reason refund is available once per customer, and a refund may be declined where the full price record has already been exported for the period in question.
Prices can change. If they do, we will say so before the change applies to you, and you can cancel rather than accept it — what you pay is what was stated when you subscribed, for as long as that subscription runs. Payment, invoicing, tax and refunds are handled by Whop as merchant of record and are also subject to Whop’s own terms.
You can close your account whenever you like. We may suspend or end access for a breach of these terms, for unlawful use, or if we stop offering the service — and if we stop, we will refund the unused part of anything you have paid. Sections 4, 5, 8, 11, 12 and 14 survive the end of this agreement.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Poe Analytics LLC is not liable for any trading or investment loss, lost profit, lost opportunity, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damage arising from your use of Kanon or from anything shown on it, whether or not we were told such loss was possible. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for all claims in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, and nothing here removes any statutory right you have as a consumer where the law of your country gives you one.
You agree to indemnify Poe Analytics LLC against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms, your unlawful use of the service, or your infringement of someone else’s rights. We will tell you promptly of any such claim and will not settle it without consulting you.
We are not responsible for failure or delay caused by something beyond our reasonable control, including the outage of a venue, a data source, a hosting provider or a network.
Notices. We contact you at the address on your account, and you contact us at support@kanonterminal.io or at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. You agree to receive contractual notices electronically.
Changes. We may update these terms; the current version always lives at this address and carries the date it was last changed. A material change will be announced before it applies to you. Continuing to use Kanon after that means you accept the new version.
Assignment. You may not transfer this agreement. We may transfer it to a successor of the business, on notice to you.
Severability and waiver. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stands. Not enforcing something once is not giving it up.
Entire agreement. These terms, the refund policy, the privacy notice and the affiliate disclosure are the whole agreement between us about Kanon.
Governing law. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and the courts there have jurisdiction, except where the law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
